Rachel Braun Scherl

Rachel Braun Scherl, Managing Partner of SPARK Solutions for Growth, is a business builder, marketing strategist, author, speaker, investor, and thought leader in women’s sexual and reproductive health.  Rachel has driven growth for Fortune 500 companies and leading businesses, including Allergan, Bayer, Church & Dwight, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, P&G, Perrigo, among others.  With discipline and entrepreneurial thinking,  Rachel has worked with venture-backed start-ups globally to develop pipelines, create partnerships, build customer understanding, and drive growth.

As President and co-founder of Semprae Laboratories, Rachel and her team built a company that developed and marketed sexual health and wellness products for women, creating a new category and transforming the conversation around women’s health. Semprae attracted significant media attention and industry interest.  It was sold to Innovus Pharmaceuticals in 2013. 

Her career-long findings, learnings, and recommendations are at the heart of her best-selling book: Orgasmic Leadership: Profiting from the Coming Surge in Women’s Health and WellnessOrgasmic Leadership provides her perspective on leadership and business building, and the money that can be made by capitalizing on market opportunities.  Rachel speaks frequently at universities, companies, and industry conferences, including CES, SXSW, Johnson & Johnson, Abbvie, The Minnesota Vikings, Duke and Stanford. She has been interviewed as an expert on CBS News, ABC News, New York Times, Fortune, and Forbes.

Rachel serves on the Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards for multiple companies in sexual and reproductive health and mentors female entrepreneurs.  In collaboration with In Women’s Health founder, Jodi Neuhauser, Rachel teaches a business course in women’s health to entrepreneurs, physicians, and other interested job seekers.

Dr. Alyssa Dweck

Dr. Alyssa Dweck is a practicing board certified obstetrician/gynecologist in New York. She is a certified menopause provider with special expertise in female sexual health, medical sex therapy and human nutrition.  She serves as Chief Medical Officer at Bonafide Health, a company which provides non-drug solutions for woman traversing natural life stages including the menopause transition.  Dr. Dweck is committed to providing exemplary care for her patients;  she sees patients at Well by Messer  on the Upper East Side in Manhattan and Greenwich, CT, focusing on gynecology, menopause and sexual health. She has delivered thousands of babies. A graduate of Barnard College, she has a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from Columbia University and her Medical Degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, now named Drexel University.  Dr. Dweck trained at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, where she was Chief Resident in 1994.

Dr. Dweck has been voted “Top Doctor” in New York Magazine and Westchester Magazine.    She has served as a consultant at Massachusetts General Hospital, Vincent’s Memorial Ob/Gyn Service and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology New York Medical College.  

Dr. Dweck is co-author of three books, including the newest release The Complete A to Z for Your V (Quarto Press 2017). Dr Dweck has appeared on The Today Show and Good Day LA.  She contributes regularly to multiple in print and online media outlets.
